Bubble N Fizz accepts secure payments through DragonPay and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Metro Manila.

For DragonPay transactions, orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Customers will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.

 

If a payment fails or is canceled, the order will not proceed.

​

For Cash on Delivery, customers are required to prepare the exact amount upon delivery. Refusal to accept an order without valid reason may result in account restrictions or the cancellation of future COD privileges.

Customers may cancel their order only before payment is completed or before the order is confirmed for shipment.

 

Once an order has been paid and marked as ready for ship-out, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, as products are handmade and prepared specifically per order.

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Bubble N Fizz currently offers Standard Delivery within Metro Manila and a Pick-Up Option for customers who prefer to collect their orders personally.

For Standard Delivery (Metro Manila):

Order processing takes one (1) business day after payment confirmation. Deliveries are completed within two (2) to three (3) business days after processing, depending on courier schedules and delivery location.

For Pick-Up Option:
Once your order is confirmed and paid, please wait for a confirmation via text or email before booking a rider or arranging pick-up.

 

We recommend messaging us through our Official Facebook Page for any questions or rush deliveries so we can accommodate you promptly.

Bubble N Fizz is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

 

Customers must ensure that delivery details are accurate and complete. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information are not eligible for refunds and must be reshipped to the original address at your own cost.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unsealed products.

 

This is in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) regarding the return of perishable and personal care items.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos or videos as proof.

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds are only granted for non-fulfillment or verified delivery errors. Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for refunds.

All content found on the Bubble N Fizz website, including but not limited to product names, logos, images, videos, graphics, written descriptions, designs, and other creative materials are the exclusive property of Bubble N Fizz.
